本公司將保留拒絕不合理的退貨及維修內容之權利。

Chiao Jewellery offers a repair service for jewellery purchased through chiaojewllery.com. Please send an email to chiao.official@gmail.com with images and a detailed description of the product requiring repair.  Repairs are subject to a repair fee based on materials cost and the nature of the repair. All repairs may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

Chiao Jewellery reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
